Privacy policy

What we collect

When you request a pickup or a department quote, we collect the details you enter: your name, badge number, phone, email, precinct or agency, pickup preferences, allergies or sensitivities, special requests, and your typed acknowledgment. For department quotes we collect the department name, contact details, plan of interest and approximate number of vests.

To prevent spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile and keep a one-way hash of your connection details. We do not store your IP address.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track you across sites.

How we use it

• To schedule, perform and return your service, and to contact you about it.
• To prepare quotes and schedules for departments.
• We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Who can see it

Only Guardian Armor Care staff. Your request is stored in a private database hosted by Cloudflare and emailed to our business inbox. Confirmation emails are sent through our email provider, Resend. Your badge number is never included in emails sent to you.

How long we keep it

We keep service records for as long as needed to provide service and meet our business record-keeping needs. Ask us to delete your information at any time.
