Request a pickup
Fill out the online intake form with your details, the cleaning option, and a preferred pickup day and time window. You get an email confirmation right away.
We confirm
We call or email to confirm your pickup date and time, and a promised return date and time.
We come to you
We pick up your carrier at your department, home or an agreed location, around all three shifts. Please remove radios and walkies before pickup.
Photograph & inventory
We take your carrier in its exact condition, inspect it and photograph it, then inventory every piece of attached equipment.
Disassemble, clean & sanitize
Complete take-down, then professional cleaning and sanitizing. We avoid any allergens, scents or detergents you listed.
Inspect & reassemble
The carrier and components are inspected, then reassembled with all gear returned to the same location it was in when received.
Returned exactly as received
You come back to a clean carrier, ready for your next shift. We will make every effort to meet the promised return date and time.

Pickup times
We offer pickup and return around all three shifts, including before and after third shift, as well as first and second shift.

A note on ballistic panels
Ballistic panels are cleaned only according to the manufacturer's recommendations. They are never altered, repaired, or certified.
