How it works

From pickup to ready for duty

Seven steps. You handle the first one; we handle the rest.

  1. Request a pickup

    Fill out the online intake form with your details, the cleaning option, and a preferred pickup day and time window. You get an email confirmation right away.

  2. We confirm

    We call or email to agree the pickup date and time, and the return date, time and location.

  3. We come to you

    We pick up at your agency, after a shift ends. Please remove radios and walkies before pickup.

  4. Photograph & inventory

    We take your carrier in its exact condition, inspect it and photograph it, then inventory every piece of attached equipment.

  5. Disassemble, clean & sanitize

    Complete take-down, then professional cleaning and sanitizing. We avoid any allergens, scents or detergents you listed.

  6. Inspect & reassemble

    The carrier and components are inspected, then reassembled with all gear returned to the same location it was in when received.

  7. Returned exactly as received

    You come back to a clean carrier, ready for your next shift. We will make every effort to meet the promised return date and time.

Our service checklist

Every carrier is checked off against the same list before it comes back to you:

  • Carrier photographed before disassembly
  • All equipment inventoried
  • Carrier is spotless and inspected
  • Returned exactly as received
  • Ready-for-duty inspection completed

Pickup times

We collect after a shift ends: after 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, and around 12-hour schedules too. Tell us if you would rather hand it over on your "Friday" — whichever day that is for you.

Turnaround

Most carriers are back in 2–3 days. Next-day cleaning comes back within 24 hours of pickup. Either way, you get an agreed return date, time and location when we confirm.

What we can't take

We are not currently equipped to clean biohazard-exposed carriers. If your carrier has been exposed to blood or other bodily fluids, call us before scheduling.

A note on ballistic panels

Ballistic panels are cleaned only according to the manufacturer's recommendations. They are never altered, repaired, or certified.
