How department plans work
- Choose a plan and tell us how many vests. We'll confirm a quote.
- We pick up and return at your department, after a shift ends, with minimal disruption to operations. We collect after a shift ends: after 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, and around 12-hour schedules too. Tell us if you would rather hand it over on your "Friday" — whichever day that is for you.
- Each carrier is photographed, inventoried, cleaned, inspected and returned exactly as received.
- Some agencies buy a set number of cleanings per officer each year and let their officers book them individually. We can set it up either way.
- Ballistic panels are cleaned only according to the manufacturer's recommendations. They are never altered, repaired, or certified.

Billing
- We invoice your department with a breakdown of pricing and services, payable within 30 days.
- Card or bank transfer through Square, or by check — many agencies still pay by check.
- We can complete a vendor contract or provide our W9, whichever your purchasing office needs.
